History Of Company

Meager Beginnings
Realty Executives North, as it is known today, was established in 1986 under a competitive real estate franchise. In 1989 this Kearney area real estate company was enhanced by way of new ownership. The new Broker-Owner determined to ensure market-leading service to his clients and agents worked diligently to align his agency with an organization with an analogously profound commitment to service. In 1994 his goal was achieved through the strategic association with the premier real estate franchiser, Realty Executives International.

Realty Executives North Begins its Pursuit of Excellence.
Pursuant to his goal combined with the dedication and professionalism of his real estate executives, the agency embraced his commitment to unsurpassed service to be recognized as "the Northland's Residential, Land & Commercial Real Estate Company." In 1999 Ron Seufert, current Broker-Owner, recognized Realty Executives North's market position and acquired its fixed assets and aligned himself with the agency's most valuable assets, its real estate executives.
